TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY TO ENSURE BEST RESULTS OF COMMISSION AND PROCESS.

Artists rights

  • I retain intellectual property of my designs and artwork.

  • I reserve the rights to cancel or refuse a commission at any time.

  • I reserve the rights to post and claim my art and designs as my own to my social platforms.

  • AI art is NOT tolerated. Clients using AI as reference will be refused.

  • I am allowed to post updates / WIPs of your commissions unless an NDA is stated.

  • Rush times are NOT available at this time as I work a full time job on the side. Your commission will be finished by the time I've communicated for you.

  • I'm allowed to post WIPs of your commission to my platforms unless an NDA is stated.

Order Times

  • Head/Half/Full Body: Allow 10 business days MAX and 1 business day MINIMUM

  • Vtuber model: Allow 2 week MINIMUM and 4 month MAXIMUM. Time length depends on complexity of model as well as any included expressions and toggles which will extend the time it takes to produce the finished work.

  • Waitlist : If you were placed on a waitlist, please allow 6 months MAXIMUM and 2 weeks MINIMUM. This time can fluctuate depending on how many other coms are ahead of you.

  • I do commissions in the order they're received. I will communicate with you if you are placed on a waitlist.

USER AGREEMENT

  • You are expected to have read through and understand my TOS before purchasing.

  • DMs must be kept business related. Please only utilize private messaging for communication of the commission.

  • Do NOT send me money until I've reached out to you confirming your comission.

  • Credit is expected when posting your commission to your socials. @ursaemajo .

  • You will use my form to initiate your commission purchase.

  • You will not resell , trace , or redistribute my art in anyway.

PRICING

  • Base prices may change due to certain circumstances including but not limited to; Add-ons , Additional Characters , Specific detailed backgrounds , Complexity of designs , etc. Any price change will be communicated to you.

  • Currency is USD.

  • Prices will increase to cover any transaction fees that may be added.

  • Vtuber Model:

  • Base price (temporarily) - $180 USD.

  • Expressions - + $10 USD for each

  • Toggles ( Hair, clothes, etc.). - Hair toggle: + $50 USD

  • Clothes toggle: + $150 USD

  • Other toggles: price will be communicated by complexity.

  • Commercial use Most flexible use ( Use for streaming, personal use, merchandise ) - + $200 USD

  • Streaming use strict use ( streaming only ) - + $50 USD
